‘Balanced Wellness Workshop Series’
Genea Sparks, owner and founder of Balanced Health & Fitness Wellness Center, brings together her experience and vast training in fitness, nutritional counseling and physical detoxification in collaboration with Angela Goble, Certified Life Coach and creator of Spring Into Wellness Women’s Workshops, in a supportive group-like setting to bring valuable information and support to women wanting to take their health and wellness to the next level. This innovative workshop focuses on a holistic yet realistic approach to balanced wellness.
Balanced wellness is a symbiotic process made up of balanced physical, emotional, spiritual and social health. Sure, you can get fit, but that doesn’t guarantee happiness. Happiness is when all of the facets of your wellness are lined up, like the wheels on a car, ensuring the smoothest ride possible.
Wellness is like a garden and the “seeds” of good health are something that we must intentionally sow and tend in order for them to bloom. It takes a balanced approach to get the best results for our efforts. Whether we over water or, alternatively, completely neglect a crop, it will wither and die. So, we nurture and nourish our crops, removing the things that are toxic and introducing beneficial things that will encourage a plentiful harvest. The more we tend our “wellness gardens” the healthier we become, both inside and out.
Please join us at Balanced Health & Fitness for our monthly Wellness Group – ‘Detox, Nourish & Nurture’. Through the three-faceted approach, group attendees will gain tools that will aid them in identifying the weeds in their lives that need annihilation as well as health-building ways to nourish the areas in their lives that need nurturing. There will be tips on nutrition—such as healthy snacks and drinks ideas, discussion about goal-setting, creating a positive body image, stress management, empowering our female energy, exercise and fitness and the Law of Attraction–all in a group setting to best support one another in our common goal of optimum overall wellness and to help one another stay motivated and on track.
Each workshop is accompanied by an free 30-day online group membership. In the private online group, members receive tips, motivation, homework assignments and encouragement geared toward balanced wellness as well as interaction with Genea, Angela and the other members.
