With over 25 years of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, Christina specializes in exercise and weight management programs that are fun and balanced. She has been dedicated to exercise since commencing daily running as a teen and balancing sports, fitness, and fun activities through college and into her professional adult life. “I believe exercise is for life. A balanced fitness program is a combination of effective exercise and proper nutrition. This will help you keep your weight off, avoid diseases, handle stress, increase energy, and feel good.”
Christina has a B.S. in Recreation Management from California State University at San Jose. She has certifications in Personal Training, Dance Aerobics, Fitness Instruction, and Step Aerobics. She enjoys working one-on-one with people who are beginners, interested in weight loss, or want to learn about the benefits of exercise and health. “I enjoy teaching people how to incorporate fitness into their daily life.”
Having owned, managed, and operated her own Woman’s Health Club for over 17 years; Christina understands the struggles associated with getting started on a program. It is important to start slow and progress into a program that will help you achieve results.
Over the years, Christina has combined exercise with charity. “Understanding the benefits of exercise as a proactive lifestyle is important to me and a fundamental building block in being balanced.” She has successfully held numerous events educating woman about Cancer, Lupus, and Cystic Fibrosis. These events help raise awareness of disease and provide thousands of dollars for each cause. Christina enjoys fitness activities of all kinds. She enjoys hikes with her husband, two children, and three dogs. She exercises several times a week at the gym with weights, at home with a Swiss Ball and free weights, plays tennis and takes daily long walks on the beach with her dogs.

When I met Christina, I was unhappy about the amount of weight that I had gained. I told her that I needed to lose a lot of weight. She was very supportive with my problem. She created an easy to follow program for me that was fun. This program included weights and toning exercises that I did three times a week. Christina also recommended low impact aerobics including walking, swimming, and easy treadmill. She helped me to make dietary changes that included drinking plenty of water, and make simple healthy choices.
When I began the program, I could only do 10 min. on the treadmill. Christina encouraged me to keep trying when I wanted to give up!
